19 January - Winter Landscapes - designing with light and shade
16 February - A Bridge too Far! - paint a bridge but make it exciting with
colour, tone and texture
16 March - Reflections - the effect of light and movement in water
20 April - Creating depth and distance in your paintings
18 May - Flowers - be adventurous with watercolour and mixed media
21 September - Trees in autumn - one, two or a woodland
12 October - Tone - and the need for sound tonal values in composition
16 November - A Rainy Day - paint a rainy landscape and make it WET!

Tea and coffee are provided. Bring your own lunch.

Come prepared to explore and experiment.
Workshops, generally, are for those with some experience
of painting with watercolours but beginners with a sense of adventure are always welcome!

The day will start with a cup of coffee and a chat about what we're going to do during the day. I will demonstrate watercolour techniques for everyone at the beginning of the session and help you individually throughout the day as problems or difficulties arise.
